A previously unfamiliar or atypical situation that has become standard, usual, or expected. 

The change that has taken place is our “New Normal”. Work, home, and social life have all been altered. Our level of adaptation and the changes we have to make in our lives is much higher.

Normal has not worked for a majority of the world's population, so why would it start working now? Spending less and consciously is the “New Normal”.

At the end of the day we have to be kind to ourselves, be patient with ourselves and kind to each other.
